The GGX Financial Report for yr June 2005...states that
" the company has a Deed of Agreement with Marubeni[a major
Japenese trading house]who have an option to acquire the gas from GGX to operate their own power operations." I assume this applies to Cebu as Japanese business has a signifigant presence on the island
Whether this arrangement is still current Iam not sure!!
