Lighting, water, temperature, humidity and nutrients are all crucial and need to be accurately monitored and controlled to maximize yields and profitability.

We're at a tipping point here where you don't have to be a futurist to see the potential for change. The same applies to the home, where it's not hard to see a home in the near future that has an integrated control and monitoring system that handles/monitors/records/actions everything from lights, appliances, security cameras, door locks, heating and cooling, solar power generation, battery storage and balancing (home and car), power both to and from the grid etc. etc. etc. The mind boggles.

So yes, there will be plenty of competition and plenty of room for constant innovation. An M&A meat market and a graveyard! It will be a wild ride, so buckle up and if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!

They are developing the tech. Perhaps a good fit for Buddy to monitor.
