Thanks to Synqusi for posting this link- NT Major Projects Conference 2018

Now how can we doubt that things are not moving along with this Project Sea Dragon, Territory Government pledging $48.6 mil to upgrade roads to 2 SFG projects that appear to be stand alone developments with out any other significant users in the area. then the road and bridges on the keep River road upgrade which will be the major route between the farm and the processing plant as well as a few other users.
Then Japan coughs up $25 mil for a bite of the action and the first site works contract is awarded.
We are awaiting the announcement that the lease and tenure of the property has been finalised then project funding has been arranged.

History on this project has constantly shown us that the management does not release speculative comments on progress, they announce that an action is being undertaken within a time frame then do the hard yard to make it happen without any leaked info.
To let contracts for siteworks with out budgeting and cashflow would be reckless and improper, and this does not follow the management style so I would assume they are sure they can meet payments as they are required and fall due and that we should see some finance announcement on this shortly after the securing the lease on the station is announced.
meanwhile i would love to sit in on this conference but with registration, accommodation and airfares costing around $3000 it would be better to buy another 200,000 shares if i had the readies.
