it's the words isn't it? I mean 'conceptual modelling' imagine if they were forced to choose different words such as 'the company guess'? wouldn't quite carry the same weight would it?...
another thing that should be totally outlawed is announcements based largely on rock chip samples - laughable really.... and I believe it is outlawed in the US?... but not OZ....
