Had a look at EPS this morning but missed the boat (damn work). I agree with that kind of approach - you should at least have to prove up some of the model with a JORC compliant resource covering some of the target. Then once you have some credibility in your model, you can then extrapolate the results and release a global exploration target. Still not ideal but better than what we have.
