IMO the key to a rerating will be the conversion of the resource to reserves. As I understand it in order to do this they need to "prove" the resource has a commercial pathway....enter our new friends and their scoping study and the following pre-FEED study.
Once a commercial pathway is established I think market participants will begin to ascribe some real value to Pandora

In the meantime it remains in bargain territory for those that have a higher risk appetite and a bit of faith :)
