Thanks for that, very informative analysis. I didn't think to subtract 10% off the stated cash balances due to Unibail's holding. And of course, as you point out, the cash backing is continuing to fall quite rapidly all the time.

The contingent consideration issue is unhelpful for OMN but it doesn't seem too impactful to me from a financial perspective. In any case, I feel like if OMN begins to owe any significant contingent consideration to the former 12 Digit stockholders, then the 12 Digits business will already be bringing in significant sales (since the contingent consideration is payable based on gross revenue/profits of the business), which is not a bad position to be in.
