    pwu--lets look at things differently,suppose share value was nta which at present with gearing reduction is at least 50c,lets assume for the next 5 years you get no debt reduction,,asset appreciation of only 2.5% and no increase in
    net income,what would you have --well at 3c divvy or on 100k of shares you would have a 6% share accumulation per year giving you 133822 shares the asset appreciation at 2.55 pa factored at 1.184 would be 88.8c less debt unchanged over 5 years leaves nta of say 69.7c

    = 133822x.697= $93273-00.

    whats really interesting , assuming the figures i have quoted are conservative, is a compound rate of return of 22.73% at todays closing price of course things could be better or worse,so i think your right, maybe the stock is being manipulated ,reason being any fund manager who gets a 22.7% return over 5years or just shy of 3x capital outlay will be a legend ,of course some do better and others a whole lot worse
