I contacted Computershare as only 80% of my EXU shareholding has been “reserved” as a result of my acceptance of the RMS offer.
Dealing with untrained staff in foreign Call Centres is challenging. The lady I spoke with did not understand that accepting the offer for all my shares meant that I should have no shares sitting in my trading account. Despite explaining to her that I posted my Acceptance to Computershare and that they processed it she was also trying to outsource answering my query to another organisation. This is scary.
I wish Australian companies employed Australians residing in Australia. How many others have not had their Acceptances processed accurately? What is RMS’s real holding in EXU?
