Click on the 4K res video and see how far you can raise the resolution. I can only manage 1080p on my machine ... at 1440p the screen gets green lines and at 2160p the computer crashes.
Allow the toothed wheel to stop spinning before advancing.
If you can watch in 4K what type of machine do you have? Did you use full screen or view in window?
