I believe you don't need to wast time with the board. You are facing very greedy poeple. that's every good big investor's human nature.
Why Duncan are so agressive to grab ERG, because he's seeing ERG turning around with large amount cash. They're hiding plenty cash, but delibery to bankcrupt. Please do --- google search "ERG may hiding cash to transfer", for detail analysis. This title was moved from google 2nd page to hide, They're controling ERG news, only left threaten in everywhere.
Unless put them into jail, they never give up.
So join small shareholder's group legal action by sending your contact to [email protected], to setup the group. There're 149 viewers know this matter.it's a power.
