Looks as if they have 6 months to state their intentions.
Bet we don't have to wait that long.

I spoke with one of the directors over the phone regarding options I held during the takeover bid.He said they did not have any interest in complete ownership and seriously wanted to list on the Hong Kong exchange.
I know that was sometime ago and the company definitly has had a rough trot over the last year and a half but this move was unexpected.

Still, from what I just read looks as if a buyout offer may be next on the cards.
A fellow holder told me today they can have his for $5.
