I spent considerable time looking at MCW. On face value I REALLY liked what I saw. The niche they invest in appealed to me. However I didn’t buy any of this stock as I deemed it too high risk. You wrote a few weeks ago…..

I agree with you completely but……

MQG has a proven track record as a property investor. However my main concern was with its American partner who has a 50% share in almost all of the American assets. From what I saw they were very heavily in dept think the name from memory was regency. Worth looking at…..
