Impressive numbers aren’t they.

Invested completely in the U.S in a market that is in free fall and a tightening credit environment. My main concern was with their total assets valuation figure and how accurate it is. With a fairly high gearing level (around 50 % from memory) how much higher is it now with property values decreasing.

I would never criticize anyone who has brought MCW (very nearly did myself). I hope that everone invested makes a nice profit (not too nice, as I didn’t buy any). IMO there are better risk/rewards in other stocks.
