A large % of the income is tax deferred,foreign sourced
and trust. From a tax perspective this is more complex
than a clean dividend payment.
I have a nagging suspicion that MMG with the help of
Macquarie Group will make a play for FAIRFAX.
Of course some assets will need to be sold and they will not overpay.
