Kermit, I meant nothing will improve with share price and/or investors perception of this company. While the company is (via IFE and its separate interest in Wilcherry Hill) heading into a productive and profitable phase, that is not being reflected in the SP of either company and will not be so long as the perception is that the directors simply take a chunk of the profits for themselves at will and are willing to dilute the shareholding by 30% at rock-bottom issue price without giving existing s.holders the opportunity to participate. It is a case of "all the risk and no reward".
