It's pretty amusing, 1 million shares trade on average per day for lei. On no announcement you have the stock trade 8 million shares in two days, run close to 20 percent with a takeover announced at the end of it. Compounding the issue is that a lot of brokers have downgraded their target prices lately, some to as low as $15.20. The recent result didn't inspire great confidence either with the increased chance of future downgrades due to the blowout in funds receivable.The real issue is that the market is no longer a level playing field for your average investor. The rich get richer and the poor stay poor. If anyone thinks this hasn't leaked badly they have rocks in their head.
