Bungendore, your comment is ill-considered as you have no idea how many shares the contrbutors to this blog have. Mine is in the millions and I paid $0.29 shortly after the float. In 2006 John Towner convinced me to hang in there as a result of the strategy being implemented. I trusted him as did many others. The value of my shares have plummeted (both by way of dilution and price) as Ord continued to return to the market seeking additional equity and whilst I do understand this was always a speculative stock, the only issue I have is with the CEO/MD. I believe he is incompetent and should be removed forthwith. If you track the stock both by way of volume and price over the last four and a half years (the time Frank has been at the helm) Ord's value has diminished by a staggering circa 14 times (from $0.03 to $0.002) yet there is no accountability required of Frank. Notwithstanding he is probably the highest paid CEO in the resources sector in Australia, Frank has no academic qualfications in mining/resources and I have seen no evidence he has made any effort to acquire the fundamental skills required. How can an ex Goldman Sachs low level manager possibly lead Ord/Van into and through the next critical phase (production) when he simply has no idea? That is my hobby horse and will remain so.
