There is no excuse for not telling us why sales are yet to begin in Europe after previously telling us they would begin straight after granting of ce mark. We own the business, those who run it have a duty to communicate with us and when there is a significant change to previous information supplied it is obviously unfair, unjust, poor form, unprofessional to not provide an update. I would like to hear an argument why this is not the case; I cannot see how that argument would go so please enlighten me.

That said, there could be several reasons why sales haven't commenced, reasons that are unrelated to any cz mistrust of oil management. I think mistrust of oil management is actually a most unlikely reason for no sales in Europe.

My guesses:
-Czm are not quite ready
- the strategy has changed and for some reason they want to wait for fda.
-they want to build inventory and that takes time (oil could be partly responsible here)
-they want to build industry/customer interest before release and are doing that now.
-customer interest is not yet at the right level for the product release.
-some other part of the tech, not related to oil, is not quite ready.

Mistrust of oil management as the reason doesnt work for me because czm are too big and could solve this problem in an instant if they wanted to.

Hey maybe I'm wrong but for now I've convinced myself to hold on and wait for sales. And if looking to get out I would wait for the inevitable pump that will come at some point. Get out on the pump, not now when all is grey.
