When I say "improved work place agreements..." I mean ones that will allow the company to have a future. And hence the employees have jobs within the company to continue to go to. Improved - for the good of the company, the shareholders and ultimately the employees. In no way am I looking to "screw the workers".
You may recall the demise of Ansett. Within the industry (and more widely now I believe) it was common knowledge that salary packages were 'generous'. When airline margins came under pressure something had to give. In that example it was the company.
Is that what you suggest is allowed to happen with BOL?
