Those graphs look like two businesses operating in two totally different industries.
In reality, it's probably just one company that is run very aggressively and one that is run very conservatively.
(And, at that, probably one company run too aggressively and the other overly conservatively... witnessed, if by nothing else, then by the look of their respective balance sheets)
