- The shareholdings have become more concentrated among the top 20 (less people control a bigger % of the shares)
- The holdings in the top 20 are more stable (the main holders are not jumping ship)
- Maria has continued to accumulate shares on and off market (confidence in the future prospects of the business)
- Maria appears to have become more covert in her holdings (makes it more difficult to monitor her actions or intentions)
- The smart money appears to have been building up (confirmation / endorsement of the business performance / future forecast)
- The SP has been driven down for the last 7 months (no apparent financial or business reason for this)
- Despite the SP downward spiral, the top 20 are not shedding their holdings (afterall, they have the most to lose - so why?)
- Despite the SP downward spiral, there are 7 new entrants to the top 20 (why would they invest big money into a "on the surface" loser?)
- The Market Cap is only $21m (given CDY's prospects, this is a steal!)
- I experienced this exact same scenario with another start up growth company on the ASX and my T/O conspiracy theory was proven to be correct.
As I said earlier, I am quite happy to be proven wrong.
The rest I think speaks for itself Bread, so I won't create any more boredom than I already have.
