T7, OMG! Your skill in weaving a crafty thesis to destroy a view contrary to yours seems to have no bounds. An open minded read of my post and your counter would, without intending disrespect, expose the craftiness.

My critical posts on a small number of stocks in my portfolio, that you’ve delved into overnight, I believe are valid, factual criticisms of errant management and Boards; e.g. CBA: it’s a record of the Royal Commission that Ian Narev told Mat Comyn “Temper your sense of justice” to shut him up on the money laundering through the bank’s smart ATMs. Did this not evidence serious problems at CBA warranting change?

With a reticent and under resourced ASX and ASIC it is left to shareholder activism to hold to account underperforming CEOs and errant Boards and bring about change in the interest of all stakeholders.

This is a hard road to hoe here in the face of virtual blind support for the CEO and Chairman by some CDY shareholders. In particular the constant push back by yourself and the other loyalists against rational questioning and criticism of that incumbent cohort; to which you have every right of course, but can you please stick to the facts and not yourself be quixotic.

Curious the unwavering loyalty, without dissent and negligible apparent expressed concern. Rather we have the push backs led by the loyalists attracting the usual multiple likes. This despite the decimation of shareholder wealth, continuing lack of transparency into almost every facet of the businesses, questionable Board decisions, costly dubious litigation and corporate governance concerns.

This predictable shareholder support must be of comfort to the CEO and Board to continue unchecked. Without change we’ll deserve what we get.

Perhaps the most understated concern under the watch of the incumbents is the CEO’s unexplained slow progress of Midkine on the back burner (question if they’ve not funded as promised). Is it not the case that Midkine success could potentially save many lives and improve the health of millions? Shame!
