Thanks for your post Ozjin,  I would say that that is compelling evidence that the company has no regard for it's shareholders whatsoever.

Like Dentie, I also received an email from ASIC confirming that they are investigating and I will be sure to include the information you have provided.

I have halved my investment value on paper since being involved with cdy, ( just the risk we take)  , But I am not bitter, just disappointed with the lack of appreciation that should be offered to the very people that support and finance the whole operation, whilst a self centred board seem to only have self interest at heart.

I blame Mal for not keeping us better informed.......LOL
