1) LCM chairman is Dr David King
2) Cellmid chairman is Dr David King
3) Both Cellmid and LCM use Piper Alderman for their legal representation
4) LCM offer a "no win no pay" system for clients
5) LCM cases are funded by an investment bank
6) Cellmid did not use LCM for the Ikon court case
7) Cellmid lost the court case and paid an estimated 1 million in legal fees
8) Dr David King and Gordon Grieve (Piper Alderman Chairman) are well acquainted.
