There is no need to rave on about the low share price, we are all acutely aware of where the SP rests currently. and it doesn't help the investors you are suggesting may have been enticed by some obscure statement regarding something they have no idea about.
Go buy some shares instead of batting on about it.
Your "enticed investors" don't buy shares and build up the SP because all they see is endless moaning about the share price on HC.
And putting my money where my mouth is, we bought in this week.
