How infuriating  , so you think that it is okay to release this kind of information and never mention it again ???

This kind of information may of enticed investors , what about them , question is , who is accountable as investors make decisions whether and how much they invest based on information released from companies .

Regarding the Orphan application , the application was supposed to be made in 2018 , we are in 2019 now . Do you really think they would not of informed shareholders if application had been made especially with a stock price trading at near all time lows  .
