MH’s “Confirmation“ to tsuba clearly didn’t explicitly extend to taking the company private, but that alternative pathway to sieze control is in the realm of TO and management buy-out. MH could have been forthcoming and candid and covered the point. As CEO she should not be “bugged” by being asked about it.
