There is a window I believe where Directors are not allowed to buy shares in their own company.
Is it possible that window is currently in effect due to the closeness of either a quarterly or perhaps some other development?
Can anyone clarify that?

Mega, it may take a week or so to show up on the website what with all the Xmas carryon, holidays, etc.
Early days. Might get something in an early newsletter for the quarterly.
Getting the application in is no big deal.
Getting it granted is another matter and will probably get a big cheer from cheerleaders and disciples alike and another round of negativity from the usual suspects who will somehow manage to find something wrong with it.

If and when Pacific Edge gets its approval for CMS/ Kaiser it will be interesting to see if that has any immediate effect on the CDY SP. Might be quite wrong but I get the feeling that CDY and PEB are waiting in unison for this to happen.
