I have lodged with ASIC (which I'm sure will probably be shared with the ASX) but I won't be sharing it on here for what are obvious reasons (Hint: How do I know you are not Maria in disguise??
).
The thing is, it is not just about one act of "offering small parcels of shares below the going market price". It is also about things like who might be offering the small parcels, and to who? Are they the same person (in disguise)? Are they to other controlled entites? Is their any "boomeranging" going on? etc etc etc.
Also, in order to help tie things in (for context), I would think ASIC/ASX would also be looking at what announcements (in ALL respects) there has been, what possible plausible announcements there has not been, what are the changes to the s/h register, what are some of the holders' relevant history, business performance and forecasts etc etc etc.
