It’s down because someone is keeping it down, not sure why.You can see the trading pattern ie seller pops up for every big buy order, big orders match without being on the either side of the book called broker trade, big sell orders at the end of the trading etc. Also, since the last quartierly (when the price touched over $1.20), there has been no negative news, the price is just brought down, it will go back up at a same speed. This stock can give equivalent amount of dividends as a $10 stock in future, the main difference is if you enter at 73c, $1 or $10.
Given we have got $34m cash receipts in the first quarter and last year we have got $50m in the last three quarters, give the growth on 50m plus Promuser growth, we will touch $100m cash receipts, and that would be a massive growth on FY18, wait for this to fly.
Also someone mentioned takeovers and mergers, I think this is very much on cards given the current price drop. What happened with XIP and QIP, can easily happen here between CAT and STAT, and then those who didn’t enter then will have to come up with more for the same stock.
