I have been using catapult products with elite teams for around 5 years. I am sure the technology can be reasonably easily replicated but the interaction of the software is probably the area that will take other competitors a while to catch up. Catapult acquiring gp sports a few years back helped merge the two best companies at the time. Aus is a small market but catapult are really the only device being used across cricket , afl and rugby.
Interested to learn more about stats sports - intrigued also to why catapult sports share price has taken such a hit recently - is it just inline with the general concerns across the share market?
