Widerange Corp is controlled by Clive Jones , and it is also a major holder of HDG stock along with Kingsreef PTY another Jones Company .

Jones and Nathan MacMahon invest together alot , they both hold large interests in Bannerman (BMN) and in Cazalay (CAZ).

Jones bought the Turgi deal (Onaries) to Bannerman via Widerange in 2005 ... see Resolution 4 on this link

I like the way these guys generally buy on market rather than issueing themselves heaps of cheap/free options .... quite refreshing.

Im well set and expect serious market approval of this deal after 22nd April when unconditional...imo.
