Drill permit is expected any time soon. My understand is, that partner already decided on TD to test nanushuk formation. There is no discussion of testing of Torok formation in Winx-1. They may be test Torok in Winx-2 but not at Winx-1.
They have already applied for the drill permit and just waiting get to approval.
