has been held up until the partners agree on TD,OEL very keen
to go deep,past the Nanushuk #1,#2,to test the Torok stack,#1,#2,#3
Pure speculation,there is allways a possibility of WINX 2.
RMP needs to be prepared either way,not to mention further contingencies
