You say NTU will be in production in 2016 but NTU will need to get $439 million. So that date is yet to be proved.
CUX on the other hand only needs to get $156 Million. I know you have difficulty with maths so what CUX has to raise is about a 1/3 of what NTU has to raise to get into production. Let's just see if NTU gets into production in 2016. I don't think you should have made the difinitive statement you have made because you cannot be sure NTU will get into production by 2016.
Anyway, again the issue I raised was IRR of return which it is predicted that CUX's IRR will be better than NTU's.
