    Hi All,

    Just thought it would be of interest to compare the IRR of CUX compared to NTU.

    NTU recently released a PFS which states the IRR on page 6 the IRR is estimated to be 33%.

    CUX stated on page 4 of their Scoping Study the IRR is estimated to be 39.4% on the 15th April 2013.
