Has anyone taken into account the possibility that the TMX resource model could be flawed? Re early PIR.
I understand old timers high graded amongst current resource. Fib may be able to refute of confirm this.
With the old workings amongst your resource you also have the head ache of mining in old workings which is time consuming and costly. We have had 2 deaths I know of in WA from workers falling into collapsing old workings.

Just putting it out there, it is never all good with exploration plays, especially since your investing in luck followed by luck with a very small smidge of fundamentals thrown in. All good if your just trying to make your pips from the promise of results though. Bit different if you are taking a position for exploration success and ignore the pumps.
