I am not spending too much time on HC nowadays. Regarding the tax issue, it's not good. Fortunately some of my Aja shares are in my Smsf account, and some are under the mrs name, and she is a full time mum.
The bright side is that aja can still afford to pay dividend. How I am not sure why they don't consider buying back shares.
