I don't really care how the market thinks. As long as AJA continues to collect the spread between the rental income and the interest paid to the banks, and give me a decent yield, I will be happy. In the long run, properties will appreciate.
About the debt, I do believe in the "good debt" theory, if the debt is relatively safe, and can bring you sustainable income, why not? Just like buying an investment house, if I can paid 5% down payment, and have reasonable positive cash flow, I will be very happy. Market will go up and down, but in the long run, the property appreciation will beat the inflation, the free cash flow will be a very nice bonus. However, it is very difficult to find such an investment property. :)
Have a good weekend guys.
