I like any activity that a company does if it helps share price to rise. Your merger suggestion could be that activity and I like it. Though 3:2 offer is discussable.
In Stock market often illogical price movements happening. Company has good news and price go down. Other company has nothing but good chart structure and price go up ect...
I will not rely only on your revenue prediction when I decide to buy FRX.
