Topic 1 -Capital raising. CGA - overpromise and underdeliver. CGA recently launched its global LIC, CQG looking for $220 mill max with $110 mill upsize if demand high. Only $100 mill raised. 30% fill rate. Relatively unknown competitor, VGI Partners today announced $550 mill raised for its global LIC, VG1. Initial raising target $300m. Question, Why CGA can only raise 18% of the amount raised by a relatively unknown? Whats going on?

KAM lodges a monthly report with the ASX that tables ALL the funds KAM manages, and the performance, fund size, and net $ flow for EACH fund. That's transparency for you. Regular and transparent monthly updates.
