I know it is an old website, but it is very misleading, the page heading “Our Farms” implies that Australian Natural Proteins [now called Pacific Dairies], actually owned(s) the 5 farms.
I am sure if this was so there would have been a huge ann. It is not very hard to associate AYB with PDF.
Simple error or what? If I purchase a property, it is not mine until I have paid for it, maybe after paying a deposit and with funding in place, I could call it mine?
There are little bits in the descriptions that state they do not own these farms –
i.e.
Farm 1 – No mention of “post aquisition, likely to, following or expected”
Farm 2 - “post acquisition”
Farm 3 - “following acquisition”
Farm 4 - “likely to stay”
Farm 5 - “expected to stay”
The domain
http://www.anpdairies.com/ is a 12 month registration and expires on 16-May-2017 and is registered to a Wayne Kelly, maybe a relative of Trevor Kelly? It could be argued that the anpdairies.com site is independent of PDF, although I doubt it. From memory WK has held or holds a few c. notes
