It's not out of the question that there may have been some leak to do with a very cheap upcoming rights issue or anticipation by some.

If they can pull that off in this market then dilution to shareholders will not be a problem if they take it up and not in conjunction with another capital raise with an institution(s).

If there's a capital raise that excludes shareholders then that will probably conclude the ZYL story I have always thought. But there are other ways on how to skin a cat.
