ZYl has had a long colorful history of reconstructions. I can remember at least 4.
The one in 2006 still hurts many. If my memory serves me correctly it was a 1 for 25. In other words 250000 shares suddenly became 10000. Another one recently was a 1 for 5 in 2010.
As I said earlier it has been a disaster for loyal shareholders. In May last year they were trading at 18c. So to be trading at 1.5c 8 months later gives you an idea how many people have been severely burnt.
So I think it is fair to say it's track record is not great.
Personally I have also been burnt in the past, so one does become a little bit wary.
