oh dear oh dear oh dear - have management lost the plot??. how could this occur???. people need to wake up - appears that some have lost their way since that other debacle late last year. what on earth is happening and who is making the decisions? - surely this would have all been checked before proceeding - delays, delays, delays not to mention potentially fines and cost of rectifying any works that may have been incorrectly done. Head shaker this one!!!
