I think Leroy you have to refer to what the chairman Robert Clake said in an earlier interview on if some did approach hyro for a take over.
That we have a firm belief on the value of the business and it's not based on the market cap today. It will be based on what we see in the future. Anybody who knocks on our door needs to be serious. SP at the time was around 50 cents. I do understand the apprehension and the value of not being overly optimistic. But fair value is certainly a lot higher than we are now.
The interview the CEO that was posted talks about how the business give them access to hyro's intellectual property, cloud and idaptive tech. Don't get me wrong they may see value in the hyro business model. But realistically an international organization is not buying because of that the business model. They are buying because they see value in the ip hyro has and know how long and how much it would cost to develop similar. The value comes from a working tech that is proven has no bugs and can be sold folded into there own products. The board will be aware of this and will leverage this in take over price even @ a T/O price of $1.23 it's a 30 mil price tag on hyro which in comparision to the time and costs of developing something similar is cheap for a multinational especially when they know it works.
But in the end we shall have to wait for the board to advise us which will be very soon.
