Agree - listed co. management will almost always look after themselves.

As for shareholders benefit - i am pinning my HYRO hopes to some degree on the new CEO, Dr Poiner.

It would certainly be a "feather in his cap", if he can negotiate a nice deal for holders too, in such a short space of time. Not quite the same as his past record of turning a business around over longer period of time - but still a nice outcome to slot into your career history.

Having said that - 60c would still be well in front of last years lows - but as tc has mentioned - not quite the huge leg up from the 50c mark previously hinted at by directors.

Different market/ASX now though - and some time on - admitted.

Interesting to watch trading though - with shares still seemingly taken out quite quickly when any decent little volumes appear for sale on the sell side. Of course... could just be the usual market games!
