IMHO the board should have tried harder to elicit a better value offer from AGL

I understand we (MOS)were ambushed by AGL...

I would not of minded the share price going back to 8cents as a logical outcome to the offer rejection as i feel AGL would have come back to the table.

But thats a gamble I think the board or the large shareholders were unwilling to take.

I held the stock for exactly this outcome (AGL takeover offer). For the board not to try harder really really disappointed me...

The question for us to consider is what would have all shareholders said if the board rejected the offer and the share price did return to 8 cents
