Really I gave you a thumbs up for your work.

However the statement below and the preceding talk about end of year tax implications does not really answer the question.

If some one got rich or not, is not the issue - did the company know of the impending offer. The rest is just lip service.

What about point 4 - were any earlier discussions undertaken with AGL and if so where and when were those discussions publicly reported ?

Really - just questions in need of answers without any spin AT ALL, inference of a CEO beyond reproach just does not cut it.
